The Formula

Net Profit = Total Revenue − Total Expenses

When revenue is nonzero, the calculator also reports Net Profit Margin = (Net Profit ÷ Revenue) × 100, which expresses net profit as a share of every revenue dollar.

Step 1: Calculate Gross Profit:

Gross Profit = $2,000,000 - $900,000 = $1,100,000.00

Step 2: Calculate Operating Income (EBIT):

EBIT = $1,100,000 - $600,000 (SG&A) - $100,000 (Depr) = $400,000.00
