A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, and the exact URL(s) on this site where the allegedly infringing material is located. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, along with your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted or that identifies you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification through our Contact page containing your name, address, and phone number, identification of the material removed and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and, where appropriate, restrict access to the site for users who are repeat infringers.
