Four Ratios, One Scoreboard

Post-match scoreboards throw a wall of numbers at you — kills, deaths, assists, shots fired, headshots — but raw counts don't tell you much on their own. A player with 30 kills and 20 deaths performed very differently from one with 30 kills and 5 deaths, even though "30 kills" looks identical in the box score. This calculator turns those raw counts into the four ratios competitive players actually track: K/D, KDA, accuracy, and headshot percentage.

The Formulas

K/D Ratio = Kills ÷ Deaths
KDA Ratio = (Kills + Assists) ÷ Deaths
Accuracy % = (Shots Hit ÷ Shots Fired) × 100
Headshot % = (Headshots ÷ Total Kills) × 100

When deaths are zero, K/D and KDA are reported as equal to kills (or kills plus assists) rather than an undefined division by zero — a convention most stat trackers follow for a perfect, death-free match.

Why Each Ratio Matters on Its Own

  • K/D Ratio — the baseline measure of trading efficiency in a fight; a ratio above 1.0 means you're eliminating opponents faster than they're eliminating you.
  • KDA Ratio — credits supportive play. In objective-based or team games, a player who sets up kills without securing the final blow still contributes meaningfully, and KDA reflects that where K/D alone would not.
  • Accuracy % — separates aim quality from kill count; a high-kill player with poor accuracy is winning fights through volume or positioning rather than precision.
  • Headshot % — a common proxy for aim mechanics specifically, since it strips out kills earned through body damage, abilities, or teammates finishing an opponent off.

How to Use This Calculator

  1. Choose which stat to compute from the dropdown: K/D Ratio, KDA Ratio, Accuracy %, or Headshot %.
  2. For K/D, enter Kills and Deaths.
  3. For KDA, also add Assists.
  4. For Accuracy, enter Shots Hit and Shots Fired.
  5. For Headshot %, enter Headshots and Total Kills.
  6. Select Calculate to see the resulting ratio or percentage with the full formula breakdown.
Note: Shots hit can never exceed shots fired, and headshots can never exceed total kills — the calculator validates both before returning a result.
