The Formula
Happiness Index = Average(Health, Relationships, Work, Finance, Personal Growth) × 10
Worked Example
Ratings of 8 (health), 7 (relationships), 6 (work), 5 (finance), and 9 (personal growth), each out of 10.
Average = (8+7+6+5+9)/5 = 7.0, Index = 7.0 × 10 = 70.0 ("Doing Well")
