Ordering pizza for a group always comes down to the same question: how many pies do you actually need? This calculator does the math for you, rounding up so nobody goes home hungry.

The Formula

Total Slices = Guests × Slices per Person, Pizzas Needed = ceil(Total Slices / Slices per Pizza)

Worked Example

20 guests, 3 slices each, 8 slices per pizza.

Total Slices = 20 × 3 = 60, Pizzas Needed = ceil(60/8) = 8 pizzas
