Waste Area = Parent Sheet Area - Used Area
Waste Percentage = (Waste Area / Parent Sheet Area) x 100
Example
A 950 sq in parent sheet, using 800 sq in for the actual print pieces:
Waste Area = 150 sq in → 15.8% trim waste

Some Waste Is Unavoidable
