The Formula
Days Needed = Immersion Hours Needed ÷ Hours per Day
The 0.7 efficiency factor means immersion hours required are assumed to be about 70% of the equivalent classroom hours from the FSI benchmark — a simplified approximation of the commonly observed immersion advantage, not a precise measured constant.
